The idea for West came about in late 2007 between Rick and David Haynes. In mid 2017 the Haynes Brothers came into Agreement for a transfer of ownership to local restaurant group, Provision Concepts. Co-founders Aaron Soward and Jeff Dixon opened their first Provision Concepts Property, Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse, in December of 2013. Other concepts include Sidecar Barley & Wine Bar and Hatch Early Mood Food. Hospitality being the focus of attention, Provision Concepts looks forward to serving the iconic neighborhood of Nichols Hills with West for years to come!
